His career spans nearly 30 years and includes accounting, financial analysis, and executive management positions at some of the nation's leading financial institutions and investment companies. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Jonathan was chief financial officer at RS Investment Management, LLC, where he lead the finance and accounting functions of the $20 billion asset management company serving institutional and individual investors. He was responsible for all finance, accounting, and treasury management functions for the investment advisor. From 2010 to 2014, Jonathan was senior vice president and chief financial officer at HighMark Capital Management, the $17.5 billion asset management subsidiary of Bank of Tokyo/Union Bank serving institutional and high net worth individual investors. In this role, he was responsible for the finance, accounting, operations, and technology functions. Previously, from 2002 to 2010, Jonathan was chief financial officer at W.R. Hambrecht + Co., where he led the finance and accounting functions of the parent company and operating subsidiaries, and also concurrently served as the chief operating officer from 2007 to 2010. Earlier in his career, Jonathan worked in senior positions at Bank of America and Ernst & Young.

She serves as the Principal/Chief Operating Officer at BPM LLP, one of the 50 largest public accounting and advisory firms in the country.

Scharrell plays an integral role in BPM’s growth and success by overseeing business combinations in Southern California and in new markets along the West Coast. She provides executive leadership to the Firm’s Corporate Service Team, which includes Business Development, Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Administration.
