Pros of working at BR Williams Trucking

Flexible schedule, they'll work with you on a schedule that fits you b/c they're so desperate to keep people.

Cons of working at BR Williams Trucking

Very high turnover rate because dispatch is completely inept. Management is also inept. Health insurance is unusable due to such a high deductible, it's like you don't even have insurance. Driver pay is too low for the amount of time you actually put into it.

Pros of working at BR Williams Trucking

I liked helping customers and providing the care they needed. I enjoyed the ability to the programs and software that I was so very good at using.

Cons of working at BR Williams Trucking

The management and upper level directors, they don’t care about their employees and you never get benefits even if I’v you’ve been with the company for a long time.
