Mary Slagle Zappone (born July 15, 1964), daughter of James Robert Slagle, is an American businesswoman notable for her achievements in business transformation and encouraging women in STEM. Zappone sits on the Board of Directors of financial technology firm Blucora and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Brace Industrial. She has held previous appointments as CEO of Service Champ, the largest distributor of consumable automotive aftermarket maintenance parts, CEO of RecoverCare LLC, engagement manager at McKinsey and Company, President at Alcoa, Vice President at Tyco International, in addition to roles at General Electric and ExxonMobil. She has held positions on notable private boards including Supplies Over Seas, American Heart Association, and continues to sit on Johns Hopkins University's Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering in the Whiting School of Engineering.

With 25 years of global experience in finance and strategy positions in several industries ranging from consumer goods to metals and mining, Peter joins Brace from John Hardy Global Holdings where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining John Hardy, Peter served as SVP Division CFO for Patheon, a Pharma and Biotech company based in Boston. Peter’s prior experiences include CFO and other senior Finance and Strategy positions at Avon, Alcoa, McKinsey, Philip Morris, Dow Chemical and Citibank.

Haanschoten holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business where he majored in finance and strategic management. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration in his native Colombia.

Rodney brings an extensive breadth of human resources and safety experience to Brace Industrial Group. During his 24-year professional career, Rodney has been responsible for training and professional development, safety protocols and initiatives, talent management, benefits strategy, mergers and acquisitions, safety and human resources compliance, change management, HR operational change, and labor relations within global companies including UBS Investment Bank, Colgate-Palmolive, Pepsi-Co, Inc. and Ashland, Inc.
