Cons of working at Bradford Exchange

The concept of working here is stress and you untile you break your back people screaming at you and harassing you mainly the management/team leads/ staff screaming at agents and harassing them and bullying them abusing them

Bradford Exchange benefits

My favorite perk is overtime

What do you like best about Bradford Exchange's CEO and the leadership team?

What I like most about the Leadership is that they always monitor every agent's every move every break every minute and make sure that every agent is given the utmost number of calls to really increase productivity

How would you improve Bradford Exchange's culture?

This company is going bankrupt so basically adding more products that sell avoiding stealing from people's cards through unsolicited series and by false advertising of check prices would be helpful

How did you prepare for the Bradford Exchange interview?

No preparation needed as they're struggling for employees
