Summary:

Receive material coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses and verify the quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against the packing list
Keep incoming orders stocked on shelves orderly and in designated area and report freight damage claims
Prepare branch orders from the warehouse and ensure that the correct number and type of product is being shipped
Process paperwork regarding shipments including but not limited to verifying that the merchandise to be shipped is correct, applying the correct postage tape and label, following customer shipping instructions, and insuring the shipment when necessary
Operate machinery including forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required
Load common carrier and company vehicles
Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment
Perform inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies
Make deliveries to branches/customers as needed

Makes solder terminations as required for PCB assemblies or wire terminations for any application.

If production requirements have increased and there is a need for additional Team Assemblers II to increase production, the COO and Operations Managers may promote a Team Assembler I
who meets the qualifications above exceptionally to a Team Assembler II even if they have not served the full one-year term. Capabilities:

The Exam Proctor is responsible for the administration of all EVMS computer based examinations and web-based NBME Subject Examinations in strict compliance with EVMS and NBME testing regulations. The Exam Proctor is responsible for maintaining examination security and ensuring that examinees comply with all testing processes/procedures outlined by EVMS and the NBME.
This is a transient position, working no more than 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Become thoroughly familiar with EVMS and NBME testing procedures and conduct the examinations according to these specified procedures.
Have a working knowledge of the ExamSoft website and familiarity with the Examplify application, and be able to perform basic trouble shooting procedures. Be able to access NBME Test Administration website and perform all necessary duties and functions.
Ensure that the testing facility is set up properly. Ensure that all educational materials have been removed from the room and the facility, and that the surrounding area is free from impediments or distractions. Ensure that examinees do not have items in the test facility that are not permitted.
Plan the admission and dismissal of examinees to ensure test security and minimal disturbance as examinees leave the facility. Ensure that late-arriving examinees are not admitted to the testing facility. Complete Late Arriving/Missing Examinee report and submit to the Office of Student Performance and Evaluation.
Ensure that verbal instructions are read aloud and verbatim to examinees.
Prevent or minimize any disturbances to examinees during the examination administration.
Maintain integrity of the examination process throughout the test administration.
Monitor examinee behavior during the examination. Verify any irregular behavior with another Examination Administrator and document the irregular behavior.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Application of coatings to assembled products. • Must be able to enter tanks through man way and paint inside of tanks as required. • Proper usage and maintenance of respiratory equipment • Mixing and thinning of coatings per manufacturing recommendations including poly, enamel and zinc.
• Safe and proper sealing and storage of unused coating.
• Cleaning of painting equipment with proper disposal of all material(s) used in the cleaning process.
• Replenishing of paint in pressure pots.
• Verification of adequate coverage of coating on finished products including using a mil gage.
• The proper completion of applicable paperwork associated with this classification.
• Must be able to take measurements and understand effect of humidity, dew point, etc. to ensure adequate preparation of tanks.
• Material handling - operation of cranes, hoists, rolls and forklifts as needed. Also successfully complete any training/safety program relating to the operation of the equipment.
• Knowledge of and compliance with all safety and environmental requirements regarding coatings, their application and disposal.
• Work with foreman and safety director to ensure all safety and environmental regulations are followed.
• Knowledge of Global Harmonization System.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and finishing specifications as they relate to finishing Steel Fab products.
