Pay is good, advancement opportunities are easily available.
Management. Treat their employees like just a number, a replaceable number. Very rude, and demanding. All they care about is how many cars are worked on and how much money they are bringing into the store. They don't encourage or appreciate their employees.
Benefits
I've only met the CEO once, and he was very nice. Never saw him again, so don't have much to say. The leadership team needs consistent training on how to treat their employees better. I never know which version I'm getting of my Director. He is not approachable which makes it very hard to speak to him. Since He's been working for Break Check for over 15 years, he acts as if he's untouchable. He can get away with anything. He doesn't take care of his employees.
Management at Break Check can improve by treating everyone equally. Treating employees as employees and not just a number. Boosting morale so that all the techs look forward to working and it will show in their work. When they see potential in an employee, work with them, and guide them to do well and advance. Instead, they beat you down and complain about everything you do. My store director hardly ever buys us food, yet he will take in cars after we close, causing us to stay 2 hours after our shift. Never apologies just gets on us to work faster.
Nothing
They treat you like if your nothing, and work you hard and not want to pay you anything.
That I left that place and I’m in bigger and better where they respect you
