In my experience, the compensation that breaks plus is that they lowball you in the beginning and you have to work your way up, tons of hours little compensation until you become management and then every day you become in management you have to look behind you because you have a target on your back

Slowly losing the “family” atmosphere, the loyalty to the employee has diminished over the years, 50hr work weeks, limited time off, micromanaging.
