Essential Job Functions - (Majority of duties performed, but not meant to be all inclusive nor prevent other duties from being assigned as necessary): Use two-way radio communication to provide time-sensitive information to drivers. Use the telephone to communicate with parents and school personnel. Assist internal customers for pickup of school vehicles Precise written communication to maintain log for future reference Maintain a clean and organized work area Look up student contact/address information to verify student drop off/pick up information. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, Excel) Coordinate emergency communication between bus drivers and emergency services (Police, fire, ambulance, etc.) Assist the Transportation Director and office staff in carrying out their regular duties.
