As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you are a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers. You are responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit, and other banking products and services. Processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balances daily while providing exemplary customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities:

* Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
* Being proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products.
* Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.
* Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership.
* Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
* Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
* Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
* Cash handling skills.
* Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

The Teller is an entry-level position responsible for assisting with the execution of branch activities, including day-to-day delivery of client-facing services and processing transactions, in coordination with the Customer Service function. The overall objective is to provide high quality customer service and to help the branch generate revenue by delivering optimal solutions.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide a positive first impression through friendly and efficient customer service Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions including, managing cash supply for the branch, incoming/outgoing cash deposits, and maintaining branch vault cash Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client's financial goals Educate clients on digital and self-service opportunities offered by Citi Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of client and bank assets Ensure all client needs are met and effectively manage client issues/concerns, escalating as needed Maintain working knowledge of client accounts as well as new and existing products and services offered. Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Pay range (depending on experience): $19 - $22/hour

The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:

* Performs full service banking services to new and existing customers within the branch, with a primary focus on sales and service. Duties may include new accounts, consumer loans, and performing client services issues.
* Resolve client concerns through direct personal action or by referring clients to an alternative bank department resource.
* Responsible for making appropriate referrals for other bank products and services, including commercial lending products.
* Follows up with clients as needed.
* May be responsible to perform cash transactions, open or update accounts, originate and close consumer or small business loans.
* Responsible to resolve customer service issues.
* Establishes, expands and maintains a strong customer relationship by providing extensive, personalized service focused on the specific needs of each banking customer.
* Other duties as assigned.

The Branch Relationship Banker position requires:

* 2+ years experience as a universal banker/personal banker or similar retail banking role. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
* Previous experience in a financial sales representative oriented role preferred.
* Proficient knowledge of mathematical calculations and standard banking products, services and transactions.
* Strong knowledge of all retail products and services.
* Basic knowledge of consumer lending applications.
* Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills.
* Strong mathematical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills.
* Strong attention to detail and time management.
* Proficient in basic computer skills.
* High School diploma or equivalent.
