About the role:

To fully engage in office activities and decision making by being an active participant in the daily branch function through opening consumer deposit accounts, handling customer transactions in all capacities, to include front line transactions. Relationship Bankers are expected to recognize that in order to provide Service Excellence a customer's experience should always be consistent whether they are online, using a mobile device, speaking to us over the phone or visiting us in person. In order to maintain this Relationship Bankers must consistently follow and model VCNB Service Standards. It is the expectation that Relationship Bankers will maintain a high level of knowledge and performance in all skills associated with Front Line and Consumer Deposit Accounts, by providing customers with exceptional service and upholding the VCNB Mission Statement and Core Values.
▲ Participates in sales development activities while adhering to the VCNB Sales Approach. This includes actively calling on prospective customers to develop new opportunities and existing customers to expand and retain current customer relationships.
