1) Plans, organizes, directs and controls marketing goals and activities, staff assignments, and staff performance to achieve clinical and financial objectives.
2) Conducts recruiting, hiring, performance management and development, and disciplinary actions for branch staff.
3) Oversees all branch operations, is responsible to maintain appropriate staff levels in line with changing census.
4) Reviews and manages monthly market financial statements.

We are currently recruiting for a Branch Director to be based in our Boston office located in Chelmsford, MA. As a Branch Director for STRUCTURAL, you will be accountable for partnering with company owners, division managers, project managers, and other leadership to formulate operational business strategies, establish goals and implement solutions to solve our customers' structural opportunities. You will provide day-to-day operational leadership to both Boston and Hartford offices which supports specialty structural repair and restoration solutions for commercial and heavy industrial projects.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain club building and vehicles.

- Ensure administrative and operational systems are in place to maintain the operation of the physical property and equipment of the club, including the use of the facility by outside groups. Ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Create a relationship with and steward the schools in the area and stay in communication continuously.
- Submit to fingerprinting and a criminal background check; complete training provided by our organization in CPR, First Aid, Medications Administration, and Universal Precautions.
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
