You will play a key role in site selection and site due diligence for new and existing AWS regions. You will scope the technical studies and analysis required to appropriately evaluate prospective datacenter sites, hire and oversee the work of engineering and technical consultancies, understand the inter-relationships between technical disciplines, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and interpret the results of this analysis to make site acquisition, design, engineering, and technology recommendations. You will evaluate the impact of identified site risks and constraints on development costs and schedules.
The right person for this role will have a strong track record of technical program management, the demonstrated ability to deliver multiple high priority projects simultaneously, the ability to drive alignment across teams with competing priorities, and be a strong advocate for technical risk management.
Key job responsibilities
- Guiding the expansion of AWS infrastructure in new and existing regions by delivering technical site risk analysis and due diligence assessments.
- Owning infrastructure site selection and due diligence projects, applying standard approaches, templates, designs, and processes.
- Scoping, contracting, supervising, coordinating, and interpreting the results of engineering, environmental, and technical studies
- Managing budgets, establishing schedules, escalating technical and project risks, and making trade-offs based on business priorities.

Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repair
Project manage a variety of maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, emergency response and very large projects
Track and report updates internally and externally to clients
Conduct on-site property inspections a few times per year
Problem solve maintenance issues and meet vendors on-site at the properties
Own SOPs for certain maintenance processes and innovate on them to create a better client experience
Property Enhancement
Provide recommendations to the Board regarding property improvements and necessary repairs including recommendations for establishing priorities among various projects to be done
Establish a project plan for large projects/capital improvements
Manage to project plan to ensure milestone deadlines are met and completed within budget
Condo Association Administration and Financial Management
Manage and onboard a portfolio of clients
Maintain meticulous records for each property in the portfolio
Prepare management reports for the Board of Directors including site inspection reports, monthly reports, budgetary details, and annual meeting materials
Prepare budgets for several real estate properties and present them to the board of directors
Lead the associations' annual meetings and help the teams make efficient decisions around their properties' maintenance needs
Ability to review, interpret and ensure compliance with condominium association documentation
Vendor Management
Liaise directly with vendor technicians
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing vendors to expand our resources and foster long-term partnerships
Facilitate competitive bidding for contracts as required by Association contracts
Required Skills & Experience:
5-10 years of relevant work experience
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (College degree preferred)

The Opportunity:
As our Hospital Operations Manager, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the hospital. You'll run day-to-day, ensuring your team meets and exceeds performance, financial, and client-experience targets. From staffing and scheduling to inventory, compliance, and reporting, you're the leader who makes the hospital run smoothly with a culture that attracts top talent and delivers exceptional veterinary care and patient experiences. A $5,000 sign on bonus may be available for experienced leaders who can start by January 1, 2026.
What You'll Do:
Lead all daily hospital operations
Ensure compliance with all operating standards and requirements
Create and maintain accurate work schedules
Hire, train, and onboard new team members-setting the bar for performance and culture
Prepare monthly reports on hospital performance, staffing needs, margins, and trends
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for growth
Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and maintain cost control
Support doctors, staff, and clients with clarity, speed, and professionalism

Required Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Hospital Operations Manager, Medical Office Manager or similar role strongly preferred.
Three plus years in veterinary medicine with progressive responsibilities, technician background strongly preferred
Powerful leadership skills and an empathetic approach to management, experience training and mentoring/developing others
Advanced skills in Practice Management Systems and MS Excel.
Basic accounting skills
Demonstrated ability to implement and enforce standard operating procedures and hospital protocols to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with hospital and corporate teams and the confidence to make important decisions.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities, proactively manage and resolve conflict and the ability to work well under pressure
Demonstrated passion to make a difference in pets and people's lives
