Familiarity with calendar management, Outlook, and general office procedures. Working knowledge of Tracktik (or similar scheduling platform) and Paycom (or similar payroll/HRIS system) is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
