The Office Assistant is responsible for organizing and facilitating the operational flow of the grant-funded Workforce Development department, assisting students, directing visitors, and providing support to staff. This appointment on a schedule established by the Senior Director for Workforce Development, and may include occasional nights, weekends, and overnight trips.
