Essential Functions Monitor and maintain previous employer verifications. Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating monthly and quarterly DOT newsletters. Create, maintain, and update driver qualification files for all commercial motor vehicle drivers Provide a high level of customer service, answering requests from employees across our organization related to DOT compliance Perform administrative support functions for the team, including data entry, invoice processing support, and keeping spreadsheets and software systems up to date.
