• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients and identify opportunities to increase market share at clients with multiple staffing firms
• Lead recruitment strategies and efforts to ensure a high-quality applicant pool to meet clients’ needs
• Meet / exceed all budget and gross margin goals
• Analyze accurate and timely information in ATS and identify trends and opportunities for improved performance
• Travel within market for job fairs, client visits, unemployment hearings, etc
• Work with corporate departments such as Finance, HR, Marketing, and Safety to improve branch performance

Pay Rate: $60k-$75k based on experience
Responsibilities:
Lives our mission statement
Works under the direction of the branch manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the branch
Plays a critical role in the profitability of the branch and assists the branch manager with P&L management
Supervises the inside sales staff and the warehouse manager
Serves as the “go-to” leader for customer service opportunities and issues
Searches for ways to improve branch operations and sales
Monitors all branch operations, including: warehouse processes, physical inventory, fleet, payroll, bank deposits, cycle counts, and daily reports using Lansing's "day's work in a day's time" philosophy
