Essential Job Functions:

Full P&L accountability for the branch location.
Develop and communicate a business plan tied to the area of responsibility; motivate and fully mobilize the organization to achieve the Business Plan.
Achieve budgeted objectives and increase revenue and gross profit through the implementation of operational excellence, metrics and KPI tracking, productivity performance and service/sales system excellence.
Manage and direct a professional sales organization: accountability for revenue performance, sales conversion rate, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Organizational Development: work in partnership with the local, regional and executive leadership team to develop a winning organization through career pathing and training/development.
Recruit, hire, retain and develop talent to successfully drive a high level of performance, achieving revenue and profitability targets by following the organization’s KPI’s and performance driven business model.
