What do our Food Safety & Brand Standards Specialists do?
Our Specialists help our hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients ensure brand standards, food quality, and friendly service for their customers. They also:
Conduct assessments that measure conformity to established regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards for clients
Observe food prep and cooking standards to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices
Partner with clients to address root causes of assessment discrepancies and develop corrective action plans
Teach and coach clients how to make their workplace a safer and healthier environment for themselves and THEIR customers
Travel up to 50%, or 8 overnights per month, including some evening and weekend work

Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Knowledge of and ability to handle and balance money transactions accurately.
* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, primarily when dealing with the public.
* Ability to maintain composure when working under pressure.
* Must be available to work weekends, afternoons and some holidays.
* Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
* Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $16.00/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses . We are excited to partner with our client to provide them with dedicated employees to service Target stores regularly. You will be working in Target sampling selected items using Target's demo table and all items needed will be at the store. Staff will be promoting and sampling various brands to customers and driving sales. Items being sampled will vary but will include food, drinks, household items, health and beauty, and more!
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for:
Safely offering customers samples of the feature product
Reciting key selling points about the brand
Building brand awareness for our clients
Providing product expertise by answering customer questions
We have set times for shifts but if you are offered a shift, you can change the times around to fit your schedule!
RATE: $15/hr for 5 hours plus 30 minutes of admin time and $2.25 per demo.
