Representative Responsibilities
Enthusiastically promote the brand by being an ambassador for Carhartt, while ensure actions are in alignment with our corporate mission and values.
Deliver the ultimate retail consumer experience with every consumer interaction.
Provide a genuine consumer connection by being highly focused on delivering exceptional consumer experiences that are engaging, efficient, and personalized, while telling the Carhartt story.
Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards, to ensure product is properly displayed.

What You Will Do

Job Summary:
The Guest Experience Ambassador reports to the Director of Dining Services and is responsible for providing a best-in-class dining experience to the residents, colleagues, and guests we serve by ensuring all are provided with exemplary service.

Cascade a spirit of Hospitality in all dealings with residents, colleagues and guests.

Assist with set-up/breakdown of all scheduled meal periods.

May wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, or other cooking equipment.
May assist in supporting culinary staff at numerous stations as directed.

Job Summary
Drives a hospitality environment by greeting guests, offering samples, touching tables, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greets every customer and interacts in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality.
Greets all team members and ensures they have what they need to be successful each day.
Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
Ensures that all marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current and in place.
Leads weekly promotions and programs for guests.
Shares best practices and recognizes co-workers.
Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers.
Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision-making process.
Ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards. Serves food neatly and attractively per standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Student Ambassador - Theatre and Film
Maineville, OH
To provide student leaders that are dedicated to representing the Department of Theatre and Film and serving as role models to prospective and incoming students. Ambassadors will serve as liaisons between the department and prospective students, their families, donors, and other potential interested parties. They will help answer questions about student life, department involvement, lead campus tours and perform other duties as assigned to ensure the interests of the department are represented and provide an engaging and informative experience.
