Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Personally interact with Great Wolf Lodge guests
Willingness to perform child-friendly promotional activities on-site and in the community
Willingness to represent Great Wolf Lodge, and our mission and core values, in a positive manner on and off site
Perform all branded experiences consistently according to Standard Operating procedures
Perform high energy brand events/experiences throughout the shift including Storytime, Dance Party, Yoga, Arts and Crafts, Master Magi Ceremony and other Great Wolf Branded experiences.
Interact with families while leading different hands on activities such as arts and crafts, bingo, board games, etc…
Responsible for all aspects of Character Appearances and Entertainment at the property including:
Perform character appearance duties according to Great Wolf Lodge standards; learn and perform signature character moves and non-verbal communication strategies. Characters do not speak under any circumstances
Act as a Guide for characters to and from designated meet and greet locations. Guides are the 'voice' of the character, so must have the ability and will be expected to converse casually and appropriately with guests
Responsible for character costume operations including care, cleaning, maintenance, etc.
Commit entirely to the assigned scheduled opportunities for specific characters ("Wiley", "Violet", or other scheduled character) to appear at on-site and off-site events
All character and guide duties are interchangeable -- it is expected that each Pack Member is willing and able to fulfill both roles as needed
Participate in seasonal event activities throughout the year.
Learn new programming multiple times a year including, but not limited to, dances, crafts or themed events.
When not on break, act as though you are on stage at all times, effectively entertaining Pack Members, families and children through public performance
Perform and/or provide support to all necessary community appearances. This includes but is not limited to sponsors, charities, tradeshows, media and private functions
Assist Entertainment team with inventory of event & activity materials
Maintain a safe, clean and professional environment during the organization, coordination and production of branded experiences
Basic Qualifications & Skills
Comfortable speaking, dancing, and performing in front of large groups of people multiple times a day.
Some High School education or equivalent
Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands including evenings, weekends, and Holidays
Proven customer service skills and communication skills; able to read and interpret English language manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures
Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screen

Previous experience in a related field such as Entertainment, Dance, or Theater.
Charismatic, enthusiastic attitude
Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of tasks with minimal direction

A Men's Accessories Brand Ambassadors take pride in representing a leading men's accessories company by developing creative ways to sell brands and secure and maintain the best real estate for neckwear/leather/ jewelry/footwear/gifts. Our Brand Ambassadors are product experts who increase sales through contact with retail customers and by establishing credibility and rapport with store management and associates.
Responsibilities:
• In-store Merchandising
o Secures the best real estate for all products
o Replenishes stock and merchandise by client specifications
o Enhance Store Presentations/Plan-o-grams
o Submit Market Intelligence weekly to Manager
o Competition & Client sales and placement
o Customer's needs
o Visual/fixture presentation
o Trend analysis
o Voids in assortments/stock needs
o Digital photos
• Obtains and follows in-store instructions from website/Manager
• Required to report on the same day as assignment is completed through our web reporting system.
• Communicates effectively and frequently with Manger via phone and e-mail
• Utilizes “By Door” Selling to effectively measure business by brand and store level
• Develops strong relationships with in-store personnel and management
• Educates in-store personnel and staff about Client's products (seminars - formal / informal)
• Sells Client's products to customers while in store
• Builds positive relationships with all members of the Client organization
• Independently implements out of the box strategies to effect business
• Manages area as a small business and demonstrates ownership, accountability, and initiative through sharing ideas with fellow associates, Manager and Client sales
• Manages effectively in-store hours, administrative time and drive time
• Follows stores policies, including vendor sign in and dress code adherence.
Qualifications:
• Must display professionalism, be energetic, motivated, and outgoing.
• Availability to work weekends as per Client requirements.
• Must have access to a personal computer with email and internet access
• Reliable Transportation
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% - 100% of the time
• Must be able to frequently prepare merchandise to be displayed
• Must be able to frequently traverse distances up to 100 yards to access merchandise in stock rooms
• Must be able to frequently move merchandise to and from stock rooms weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to frequently position self to place stacks of clothing weighing at least 25 lbs to and from floor, cart, table or shelving.
• Must be able to frequently ascend/descend stairs/ladders
• Must be able to frequently move carts weighing up to 300lbs.
Merchandising and Sales experience is preferred.

* Engage with consumers during high priority Off-Premise sampling events at grocery stores, liquor stores, etc.
* Interact with consumers and management during on Premise events at restaurants, bars, community events, etc.
* Execute occasional event marketing for local community events.
