BEs have a wide range of job responsibilities related to engaging consumers to recognize, prefer and purchase our client brands. For this reason, MKTG hires personable, friendly, and professional Brand Educators. In addition to participating in promotional events when selected, BEs are expected to complete regular online trainings regarding our client brands. BEs must have the ability to immerse themselves in order to obtain an extensive level of knowledge including Category, Product Distillation/Production and Brand with the ability to pass exams testing said knowledge. This position is an Occasional Employment Position. Being hired as a Brand Educator does not guarantee that the employee will be assigned to any particular quantity of assignments. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively engage and educate consumers at the point of experience, purchase and consumption

Your mission: Infiltrate TXST and drive student traffic to our San Marcos location through flyers, campus presence and potentially social media. Crew Members are part of a team of great people who produce great results. They help to incorporate our Core Focus of delivering exceptional customer service and high quality food in a clean environment, to ultimately help Chi'Lantro become the world's leading Korean BBQ-Inspired brand.

Track performance (QR code scans, foot traffic) via Google Form
Represent Chi'Lantro with Southern Hospitality during distributions
