    Generate sales appointments and vehicle sales opportunities through proper handling of incoming calls, internet leads, text messages, lease renewals & orphan customers. Contact current and potential customers regarding special sales campaigns and offers.

    5. Maximize lead management capability by integrating creativity with manufacturer sales programs, offering alternative choices and following up to all extents necessary.
    6. Assign and ensure timely & accurate responses for all internet leads, text leads, etc.
    7. Answer all sales calls ensuring accurate recording of activity in CRM and enter complete and accurate customer information and interaction notes into CRM.
    8. Assist Sales Management in evaluating 3rd party lead providers in order to make recommendations as necessary.
