The staff is nice and friendly (not management). Great place to collect a paycheck slightly higher than unemployment while you look for a job at better company. If you get the offer, take the job but don't stop looking for better because this isn't it.
The management, specifically the office manager is horrible. The managers are in need of a REAL HR department and training. They brag about being almost #1 or #1 but they pay garbage, offer no annual increase, you get 1week of PTO after 12mths no more until 24mths when it changes to 2 weeks then stays until 5 years. That is vacation and sick time all in one, so you better choose do you want to go on vacation or be paid if you fall sick. No real growth options. Owners are the only successful people and call themselves fair because they provide cold cut supplies. Worst dealership in my experiences.
There isn't any worth bragging about. Discount is lame you can get a better deal as a regular customer. No employer contribution to 401k, medical is the lowest level quality HMO plans and you have PPO option but still has high deductible.
