ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Moving equipment around the yard to the assigned dock doors - Communicating and strategizing truck locations/doors with Night Warehouse team - Populating/creating/updating various spreadsheets/departmental reports. - Files the repair orders and DVIRs (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports) - Monitor PM & DOT paperwork and perform PMs if/when possible. - Clean returned trailers of debris to ensure a smooth reloading process. - Inspect incoming and outgoing equipment on a nightly basis and report findings to Trans Manager - Work alongside/monitor vendors as repairs/refueling is done on site. -Transport equipment to vendor if repair needs to be conducted offsite -Check in driver's upon return to the warehouse to ensure end of shift processes are up to standard. - Must have the ability to deliver a wholesale delivery within 50 miles of warehouse - Perform other duties in accordance with needs assigned by the Transportation Manager Hours of Work: 3 PM to 12:00 AM Monday to Friday (Sunday as needed) Qualifications & Related experience High School Diploma/GED required with a 2 year minimum experience in Admin/clerical function.
