Valid Vermont DEA license CPR for Healthcare providers Proficiency in orthopedic surgical techniques and procedures, including familiarity with the latest advancements. DEPT. SCOPE OF SERVICE: The Department of Radiology at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital is a consultative service that will provide services in the following categories: diagnostic radiology, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, computed tomography, interventional radiography, MRI, bone density and mammography. The department offers services 24 hours a day, seven days a week to inpatients, outpatients and emergency room patients of all ages. Whereas x-ray procedures constitute the majority of our service, we also provide related quality control (including protecting patients and staff from harmful radiation), quality assurance monitoring and evaluation, marketing and continuing education of staff and patients. Radiology is comprises of licensed technologists, certified and licensed nuclear medicine technologists, secretarial staff and licensed radiologists. We render reports of all of our imaging studies to referring physicians within 24 to 36 hours of completion of the exam. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Formal AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology required. Experience: Previous, recent experience in all areas of radiologic technology, in a hospital setting required. CT experience preferred Licensure/Certification: Certificate for Advanced Level Testing in CT (or within 1 year of hire) Certified in CPR.
