Caring for the welfare of our patients is an honor and a privilege
We have never had a program to be truly proud of, it's sad and yet so easily remedied if we but consider a program that has one goal ,to provide programming that focuses on helping the patient make successful transition back into society.
Being able to help a patient smile and find something to hope for.
Haven't gotten to know them yet, but I know what truly impresses me is seeing an administration that is not afraid to get in the trenches with their staff and be more visible
I've been working here for twenty years, next year. I'm currently working[ on a program that I have strong convictions for. Creating a campus wide program that is focused on transitions and tailoring each patient's care with a focus on successful return to the community , is something I am passionate about.
That was almost twenty years ago and my prior experience in the field gave me the confidence I needed for my interview.
