Enable subscriptions as required by Satellite Positioning clients.
Provide remote technical support on OmniSTAR hardware and solutions.
Coordinate and support sales processes and sale contracts.
Interact directly with clients to provide subscriptions and support.
Monitor and report on sales activities.
Adhere to Fugro policies and procedures.
Ensure three-way match: Subscriptions / Invoicing / Payment.
Close out open client support requests.
Key performance indicators.
Job Requirements
Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent is required. A Secondary Vocational Education is preferred.
Have one year of working experience required. A year of more of experience understanding a GPS/GNSS satellite positioning is preferred.
Flexibility to work in twelve-hour shift system.
Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

General Description:
As a Technician, Level III you will perform advanced construction monitoring, field and/or laboratory tests, analyze test data and develop testing plans. Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and your equipment.
Assists other technicians or professional staff as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Driller with all field activities, including but not limited to, drilling and sampling of geotechnical/environmental test borings, and installation of wells, plugging and abandoning of wells, and drilling of soil borings.
Physically complete labor-intensive projects assigned by the Driller/Project Coordinator/Project Manager
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all TWE equipment and field operations
Monitor the performance of all TWE equipment to identify maintenance and repair needs
Assist in equipment and shop maintenance as required
Complete all required paperwork, including daily reports, safety paperwork, and vehicle & equipment inspections
Attend all safety meetings and comply with both TWE and client safety standards and programs
Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including equipment and job site areas
Turn in all required paperwork to office on a daily basis
REQUIREMENTS

Fugro's Houston Geotechnical Laboratory is one of the largest private geotechnical labs in the world, located on Fugro's Houston campus. The facility spans 1,200 square meters and houses over 140 testing stations, staffed by a team of more than 30 professionals, including civil engineers, geologists, marine scientists, and chemists. The lab provides a comprehensive suite of testing services for both onshore and offshore projects globally, specializing in advanced geotechnical testing such as triaxial, cyclic, and dynamic soil tests.
The Lab Technician will perform various laboratory tests on soil and rock samples from Fugro's client projects around the world without direct supervision, using computer-controlled data logging equipment, recording data in handwritten format and entering it into bespoke data processing templates. On a daily basis you will be working closely with a team of laboratory technicians and engineers although you will largely be working independently on your testing projects.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop an understanding of whether test results are likely to pass peer review in terms of technical quality.

* Send reports for review before submission to the client.
* Calibration and checking of test instrumentation / equipment and maintenance of calibration records.

Job Requirements
* Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent is required, associate degree or bachelor's is preferred.
* Have 3 years or more of lab or environmental field experience.
* Experience in soil testing, sample collection, and lab analysis is highly preferred.
* Knowledge and understanding of various ASTM/ISO testing procedures.
* Be able to utilize testing equipment and perform laboratory equipment checks and calibrations in accordance with company procedures.
* Proficient in MS Office and other software applications.
* Possess current driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
* Possess the ability to obtain a valid passport for international travel.

TWE is seeking applicants for a Environmental Technician, Level I position in the Field Services Division, based out of Texas City, Texas. This position will require testing and inspection of various construction materials including soils, concrete and pile monitoring. Experienced and inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply. We provide all necessary training.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Physically complete labor-intensive projects assigned by the Driller/Project Coordinator/Project Manager
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all TWE equipment and field operations
Monitor the performance of all TWE equipment to identify maintenance and repair needs
Collecting water and soil samples from raw, semi processed or processed, industrial waste sites.
Operate light and heavy equipment including, but not limited to: pumps, vacuum, equipment, oil spill boom, etc.
Performing basic calculations and computer data entry.
Preparing and maintaining necessary reports and records as necessary.
Performing laboratory testing as necessary to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner.
Performing geophysical exploration using the necessary equipment.
You may be asked the assist with other duties as needed such as assisting drilling operations and geotechnical logging.
Complete all required paperwork, including daily reports, safety paperwork, and vehicle & equipment inspections
Attend all safety meetings and comply with both TWE and client safety standards and programs
Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including equipment and job site areas
Turn in all required paperwork to office on a daily basis
REQUIREMENTS
Able to read and write in English
Able to pass a background check
Able to pass an initial, random, and annual hair follicle drug test
Hold a Texas Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record
Able to physically implement work duties assigned in various weather elements
