They offer uncapped commissions for a couple years! Then spend time robbing you
They do not respect women! Most of their operations are sketchy! Vodoo accounting enables Bray to secure bank loans! As they say! We don’t use Bray’s money! We use the banks moneythey split your salary into two parts! So it looks like they are paying lower salaries, which runs into less workmen’s compensation and less taxes, despite using fraud to get their bank loans
None of the benefits promised remain after your 4th year
I cannot say I like much about any of them! If you are not willing to sleep with VP of Sales, you become a target instead! It was amazing I lasted almost 17 years
Unfortunately there is no way to improve their culture! Craig Brown and Ron Warren are impressed by dirty deeds that some people do! Kind of like the mafia! If you are a women! You will not last long
I did not prepare! Bray approach me to come and work for them! In 2006 Bray desperately needed someone to get them into mining! That someone was me! I remember being asked if I could work on an actuator? I answered yes! They asked “ what if you break a finger nail? I should have ran! But I didn’t! Instead challenge accepted 😊
Unfortunately the wages paid to women are much lower than a man doing the same job!
None existent! Men are allowed to say anything about about your sex, race, weight, religion! Nothing is protected
