What You'll Do
Architect Operational Strategy: Function as the primary architect for the operational strategy and business processes within the OTS, RS, and Customer Support divisions. Serve as the expert in Support and Services Process best practices to proactively identify systemic bottlenecks and manual pain points, and design foundational, scalable solutions that set the standard for efficiency.
Drive Transformative Change: Lead complex, high-impact operational programs that redefine business processes and ensure alignment with departmental and company OKRs.
Establish Data-Driven Excellence: Collaborate with Data Analytics and Growth Engineering (DAGE) to establish and maintain reporting frameworks that provide senior leadership with actionable insights into operational efficiency. You will be responsible for defining the "what," "why," and influencing the "how" of systems implementation at a strategic level. Work with Growth Engineering teams to design and build AI solutions that improve efficiency within an Operations environment.
Change Management: Helping build the change management strategy for new processes or systems, including leading internal documentation efforts and partnering with the CBO Enablement team to ensure organization-wide training and adoption.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Technical Account Manager, you will own the ongoing technical relationship through the entire lifecycle of customers in your portfolio, collaborating very closely alongside the Customer Success and wider account teams. This role will serve as a trusted technical advisor responsible for defining the Braze technology strategy for customers who have purchased the TAM premium service offering and helping them unlock value from their use of the Braze platform.
Your focus will be to drive value, retention, and adoption of Braze's product through the customer lifecycle, acting as the technical counterpart between Braze and your client's product and engineering team. You will be responsible for understanding your customer's needs and proactively driving forward technical initiatives that help your customers achieve their business goals.
You'll manage a portfolio of named accounts, typically in the Enterprise and Strategic classification of accounts, a tier of customers with enterprise organizational structures and architectures, posing unique geographical, scale, and complexity challenges.
This is an opportunity to bring your experience as a product and implementation expert, business analyst, problem solver, and customer success professional along with a high level of product and technical competence, delivering high-impact engagements that drive tangible outcomes for some of Braze's most advanced customers.
You'll be responsible for client success, partnering with the Customer Success Team to own the technical relationship for your assigned accounts and help drive technical adoption, accelerated technical value, and continued technical maturity

WHO YOU ARE
3-5 years client-facing experience as a TAM or in a related technical area such in Implementation, Technical Support, or Solutions Architecture, for a product offering serving Enterprise/Strategic accounts
3+ years of technical experience in managing complex customer environments with strong product command and technical knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, API, or Programming
You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal skills), with demonstrable customer communication and coordination efforts, and the ability to take complex technical ideas and translate them to non-technical stakeholders
You are a natural problem solver with a high level of intellectual curiosity and love working amongst a team to solve those problems

What You'll Do As the AVP, Delivery, you will lead the global strategy, execution, and performance of Braze's delivery ecosystem, overseeing both the Delivery Partner Account Management and Partner Success functions. You will own strategies that help us win with our delivery partners and subsequently ensure that Braze customers experience consistently exceptional delivery outcomes, through partner-led service models at scale.
You will work closely with the Delivery Partner COE, Customer Experience (CX), Sales, and cross-functional leaders to elevate CPSAT (Customer Partner Satisfaction), deepen partner capability and maturity, and drive seamless alignment across the customer lifecycle. Your role is critical to ensuring that partners are enabled, empowered, and motivated to deliver high-quality Braze services that accelerate customer value, improve retention, and support business growth.
As the senior leader for Delivery, you will set the long-term vision for how Braze scales delivery with partners globally, striking the right balance between quality, efficiency and partner autonomy. Key Responsibilities Include:
Win Together with Delivery Partners & advance partner capability and maturity at scale
Drive reciprocal business growth by architecting co-selling motions that secure new logos for Braze while simultaneously expanding partner service opportunities and driving deeper platform adoption.
Oversee the development of enablement programs, certifications, tools, and playbooks that empower partners to deliver world-class Braze services.
Ensure partners have the right resources, training, and pathways to independently build profitable and self-sustaining Braze practices.
Develop and execute regional Delivery Partner acquisition strategies.
Partner with the Customer Experience (CX) org to define the global delivery ecosystem strategy
Support defining and executing the multi-year strategy for partner-led service delivery across implementations, managed services, and advanced consulting.
Establish the frameworks, standards, and operating models that drive consistent partner delivery quality and accelerate customer time-to-value.
Drive excellence in customer outcomes and CPSAT performance
Partner closely with the CX leadership team to ensure partner-delivered engagements meet or exceed Braze quality standards.
Monitor and improve CPSAT globally, identifying systemic drivers of customer satisfaction, gaps in partner capability, and opportunities to proactively improve delivery experiences.
Lead and unify Delivery Partner Account Management + Delivery Success
Manage and develop leaders across both organizations, ensuring strong alignment, shared goals, and cohesive execution.
Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational rigor that supports scalable, high-quality partner delivery.
Ensure cross-functional alignment with Partner COE, CX, and Sales
Work in close partnership with the Partner COE to align on ecosystem strategy, partner tiers, incentives, and performance frameworks.
Collaborate deeply with Sales and CX leadership to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to delivery, and from delivery to long-term customer success.
Drive visibility, accountability, and operational excellence
Establish and track performance metrics across CPSAT, partner delivery quality, enablement maturity, partner capacity, and partner-driven outcomes.
Provide executive insights to senior leadership on the health, risks, and scalability of the delivery ecosystem.
Serve as the executive sponsor for priority delivery partners
Develop and manage senior-level relationships with global systems integrators, consultancies, and scaled delivery partners.
Align on shared objectives, service offerings, practice growth, and mechanisms for ensuring consistent customer outcomes.
Champion partner-led delivery internally and externally
Advocate for the value of Braze's delivery ecosystem across the company, ensuring partners are recognized as critical extensions of the customer experience and lifecycle.
Represent Delivery in executive forums and influence product, go-to-market, and operational decisions that impact partner delivery.
Who You Are
15+ years of experience in professional services, partner delivery, channel development, or ecosystem strategy within high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology.
7+ years of people leadership, including managing leaders who oversee global or multi-region teams.
Proven success scaling large delivery partner ecosystems, improving service quality, and driving measurable improvements in customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Partner COE, Marketing, and Product to create unified customer and partner outcomes.
Deep understanding of services economics, partner incentives, enablement strategy, and delivery operating models.

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $255,000 - $270,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $340,000 - $360,000/year (including bonus or commission). WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will join a team responsible for the continued evolution of Braze's messaging composition experience and infrastructure. This Senior PM owns the marketer and developer experience for content creation tools at Braze, ensuring the platform's core messaging frameworks are scalable, stable, and highly performant for all product teams. You will be responsible for leading discovery and delivery of best-in-class features designed around the needs of marketers, and play a major role in growing the composition experience product through its next growth phase. Key responsibilities:
Lead Framework Strategy: define the multi-quarter strategy and roadmap for core composition frameworks (Liquid, Beefree, Monaco), balancing new feature requests with long-term architectural health
Drive Internal Velocity: act as the internal PM champion for Engineering and Design, prioritizing investment in tools (Media Library, Content Blocks) that accelerate their ability to compose and deploy sophisticated messages across all channels
Shape the AI integration framework that powers content generation and composition, positioning the suite for next-generation agentic workflows
Own Framework Governance: manage the lifecycle of our core frameworks-driving key upgrades while keeping the system stable and scalable
Evolve Content Architecture: make Braze's content building blocks more reusable and cohesive so teams can build advanced campaigns without extra engineering work
Measure What Matters: track metrics like framework adoption, speed gains, and friction reduction to show COMPI's impact across PDE

WHO YOU ARE
An experienced builder with 5+ years of Product Management experience

The Business Development team at Braze shapes future revenue success every day. It is the team at the forefront of identifying, understanding and helping potential customers build, enhance or transform their customer engagement offering.
Business Development Representatives (BDRs) at Braze grow into skilled commercial players and are trailblazers and action leaders when it comes to:
Identifying target accounts

BDR is a multi-faceted role, kept fresh and exciting by day-to-day priorities like building account strategies with Account Executives, discovery phone calls, meetings with leaders and executives across accounts, building personalized email sequences and attending events to generate new leads. WHAT YOU'LL DO
BDR is a high impact role. The BDR will research accounts, develop and action a communication plan (via phone, email, LinkedIn, video etc) to generate new business opportunities (pipeline). There are proven processes to follow, several intuitive user friendly tools to use and KPIs to keep momentum up. BDR's prioritize outreach to prospects: the more relevant stakeholders we can speak with, the more likely we are to be successful in that account.
BDRs will manage their own meetings, and bring in other internal stakeholders as needed. They conduct high-level conversations with C-suite executives about their business goals, customer engagement and marketing challenges/opportunities with a view to understanding and ‘qualifying' the opportunity. BDRs also deliver value-orientated pitches and solution demonstrations.
Ultimate success for a BDR is to generate the volume and value of deals required to hit their quota, and bring great new brands to Braze! This is done by meeting outreach KPIs, setting meetings and carrying out great discovery and qualification. The commission plan is uncapped, so once a BDR hits quota, they can keep on earning.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Technical Architect, you will be part of the One-Time Services team that owns the critical early integration and onboarding phase of the customer lifecycle. The Canvas Logic and Execution (CLX) team manages the full platform lifecycle of Canvas, our flagship product for marketing automation workflows. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to spearhead the CLX team. This role is crucial for continually refining our platform based on user feedback and strategically expanding its capabilities to support increasingly complex and personalized real-time workflows at massive scale.
As the Engineering Manager, you will establish and maintain best-in-class systems by contributing to the architecture, development, and optimization of our product. Overview
Braze is a leading customer engagement platform, powering relevant and memorable experiences between brands and their customers. We are seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Business Systems, to lead our go-to-market (GTM) business systems analysts team, and define the strategic roadmap for our GTM technology stack. This is a very critical and visible leadership role for an experienced and visionary professional who can combine a deep understanding of business processes and best practices, with a mastery of technology to drive operational excellence and accelerate company growth.
You will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, roadmap, development, ownership, and maintenance of all business systems supporting our Marketing, Demand Gen, Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Pricing & Packaging, Deal Desk, and Partnerships business functions. This role demands a leader who can not only manage a team of talented business systems analysts, but also serve as a strategic technology partner to executive leadership.
What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, grow and develop a high-performing team of Business Systems Analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive delivery excellence through iterative shipping with clear acceptance criteria, UAT protocols, and comprehensive documentation (discovery docs, BRDs, FRDs, SOPs) that enable effective system adoption.
Develop, own, and execute the multi-year strategic roadmap for our GTM technology stack, ensuring it aligns with Braze's business goals and growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders in Marketing, Demand Gen, Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Pricing & Packaging, Deal Desk, and Partnerships business functions. Understand their long term objectives, and translate into scalable and efficient technology strategy and roadmap, and communicate decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes transparently.
Collaborate closely with the GTM Ops and GTM Productivity teams to drive organizational efficiencies.
Oversee the full lifecycle of major GTM systems initiatives, from initiation, vendor selection and implementation, to ongoing ownership, optimization and governance.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance GTM processes, improve user experience, reduce manual work, and solve business pain points.
Serve as the principal advisor on all GTM systems matters, guiding cross-functional projects and ensuring a cohesive and integrated technology ecosystem.
Stay abreast of emerging GTM technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential application to enhance Braze's GTM capabilities.
Negotiate and manage vendor relationships for GTM technology solutions, optimizing value and service levels.
Own and manage the GTM systems, and their budget and resources, making strategic decisions on technology investments and resource allocation.
Build subject matter expertise within the team across all the GTM process areas.
Drive Business Analysis and Architecture best practices within the team.
Communicate complex technical strategies and project statuses to executive leadership, translating technical details into clear business value.
Who You Are
15+ years of experience in Business Systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role focused on GTM systems.
Proven track record of successfully leading GTM technology strategy, and delivering large-scale technology initiatives, with a deep understanding of project management methodologies.
Experience building and establishing new technical functions within existing organizations.
Extensive expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud/ PRM, and experience with similar GTM tools, e.g. Gong, Outreach, People.ai, Clari, ZoomInfo, Fullcast, Crossbeam, DealHub, CPQ, etc.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strategic, data-driven mindset with a hands-on approach. You are capable of both defining the vision and guiding the team through technical challenges.
Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the end-to-end GTM process, including: inquiry-to-lead, lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, partnerships, and customer lifecycle.
Demonstrated experience in implementing AI solutions to deliver business value in a GTM context.
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to GTM data.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies for system enhancements and implementations.
Experience managing a departmental budget and a solid understanding of financial principles related to technology investment.
Experience in driving GTM technology strategy at a high-growth SaaS company.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Bonus Points If You Have
Certifications in core GTM platforms, e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.
Experience with integrations and API management.
Familiarity with data warehousing, business intelligence (BI), and reporting tools.
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $157,500 - $175,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $185,300 - $205,900/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Account Executive on our Scale team, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working as a relentless “hunter” to identify, prioritize, outreach to and ultimately close new business. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with several Braze customers, operating as a trusted advisor as they look to Braze to grow and scale their business.

WHO YOU ARE
You have at least 3 years of field sales experience selling SaaS solutions that involve technically integrated products.
You excel at generating and managing your own pipeline, thinking both strategically and creatively about how to drive desired outcomes through effective and persistent outreach. You're on top of many moving parts.
Your customers describe your selling as consultative and human. You're a natural story-teller and an attentive listener.
You demonstrate the mechanics of a value-first conversation including the steps necessary to get there: strong and ongoing discovery, a solid understanding of the business pain, what outcomes they are hoping to achieve and how Braze is best positioned to provide differentiated value.
You're analytical and data-driven. Your approach is grounded in examples and defined by testing and iterating. You harbor a desire to understand and make sense of complex systems and concepts.
You know how to help buyers navigate large SaaS investments, including how to mobilize distributed, global organizations and accelerate cycles. Among many stakeholders, you identify and influence key people.
Being a fast-growth company, things here change pretty fast. You're comfortable learning new things (tech, process, people) and navigating high-change environments.
