This role is focused on a set number of some of the largest and most recognized companies in North America. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years selling SaaS Solutions to strategic clients where typical deal size ranges from $200K - $1M+/year. In addition, candidates should have at least 10+ years overall industry experience.
Stronger fit exists with those who have experience working with strategic companies, understand the organizational complexity and decision making processes of very large enterprise organizations. Ideally, your product sales experience focuses on non-ERP solutions. 5+ years of product design experience with a strong foundation in designing complex digital products, particularly those involving workflow creation, data visualization, or multi-step user journeys. You have demonstrated experience working within established design systems and understand how to balance consistency with innovation when designing for enterprise software environments
You approach design challenges with a systems mindset, naturally thinking about how individual features connect to create cohesive user experiences. WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Technical Account Manager, you will own the ongoing technical relationship through the entire lifecycle of customers in your portfolio, collaborating very closely alongside the Customer Success and wider account teams. This role will serve as a trusted technical advisor responsible for defining the Braze technology strategy for customers who have purchased the TAM premium service offering and helping them unlock value from their use of the Braze platform.
Your focus will be to drive value, retention, and adoption of Braze's product through the customer lifecycle, acting as the technical counterpart between Braze and your client's product and engineering team. You'll manage a portfolio of named accounts, typically in the Enterprise and Strategic classification of accounts, a tier of customers with enterprise organizational structures and architectures, posing unique geographical, scale, and complexity challenges.
This is an opportunity to bring your experience as a product and implementation expert, business analyst, problem solver, and customer success professional along with a high level of product and technical competence, delivering high-impact engagements that drive tangible outcomes for some of Braze's most advanced customers.
You'll be responsible for client success, partnering with the Customer Success Team to own the technical relationship for your assigned accounts and help drive technical adoption, accelerated technical value, and continued technical maturity

WHO YOU ARE
3-5 years client-facing experience as a TAM or in a related technical area such in Implementation, Technical Support, or Solutions Architecture, for a product offering serving Enterprise/Strategic accounts
3+ years of technical experience in managing complex customer environments with strong product command and technical knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, API, or Programming
You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal skills), with demonstrable customer communication and coordination efforts, and the ability to take complex technical ideas and translate them to non-technical stakeholders
You are a natural problem solver with a high level of intellectual curiosity and love working amongst a team to solve those problems
You are able to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, and collaborative environment

What You'll Do As the AVP, Delivery, you will lead the global strategy, execution, and performance of Braze's delivery ecosystem, overseeing both the Delivery Partner Account Management and Partner Success functions. We're looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for our Currents team, responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving Currents, our data export system at scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Solutions Architect, you will be part of the One-Time Services team that owns the critical early integration and onboarding phase of the customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for delivering data architecture and technical implementation guidance, providing product subject-matter expertise, developing advanced use-case solutioning, and ensuring ongoing alignment with our service partners.

The AI Success Manager is a critical individual contributor role on our growing AI Success team to ensure Braze customers are highly successful with the product. What You'll Do
Define and execute ISV strategy in alignment with broader business goals at Braze, creating a clear and measurable plan for partner selection, growth, and success

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Business Systems, to lead our go-to-market (GTM) business systems analysts team, and define the strategic roadmap for our GTM technology stack. This is a very critical and visible leadership role for an experienced and visionary professional who can combine a deep understanding of business processes and best practices, with a mastery of technology to drive operational excellence and accelerate company growth.
You will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, roadmap, development, ownership, and maintenance of all business systems supporting our Marketing, Demand Gen, Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Pricing & Packaging, Deal Desk, and Partnerships business functions. This role demands a leader who can not only manage a team of talented business systems analysts, but also serve as a strategic technology partner to executive leadership.
What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, grow and develop a high-performing team of Business Systems Analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive delivery excellence through iterative shipping with clear acceptance criteria, UAT protocols, and comprehensive documentation (discovery docs, BRDs, FRDs, SOPs) that enable effective system adoption.
Develop, own, and execute the multi-year strategic roadmap for our GTM technology stack, ensuring it aligns with Braze's business goals and growth targets.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strategic, data-driven mindset with a hands-on approach. You are capable of both defining the vision and guiding the team through technical challenges.
Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the end-to-end GTM process, including: inquiry-to-lead, lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, partnerships, and customer lifecycle.
Demonstrated experience in implementing AI solutions to deliver business value in a GTM context.
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to GTM data.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies for system enhancements and implementations.
Experience managing a departmental budget and a solid understanding of financial principles related to technology investment.
Experience in driving GTM technology strategy at a high-growth SaaS company.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $164,700 - $183,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $193,800 - $215,300/year (including bonus or commission).
