Clean hearth room, gatehouse and other public areas thoroughly each day, according to systems standards. Greet guests using the 15-5 rule. Offer additional assistance and engage regularly. Accommodate guest requests courteously answer guest questions regarding Residence Inn and local area facilities and services. OTHER: Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the hotel from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
