The clients!
Higher management (HR, CEO, CCO, regional directors, etc) do not take feedback well. They will fire you at will when you put in your two weeks. Priority in opening new locations and intaking more kids rather than fully staffing their current locations. Questionable ethics and practices.
The kids are amazing!
