Job Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient truck loading process (picking orders and loading of trucks) while minimizing breakage. The processes involved are picking from full case pick lines, picking from the bottle room, and replenishment of both full and split case complexes in a timely fashion so the trucks can be dispatched at their scheduled starting times.
Reports damage to equipment, product, and facilities. Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, requiring preventative maintenance, and calling for repairs.
Report any product shortage or location problems.
Maintains storage area and organizes floor space, adhering to storage design principles, recommends improvements.
Ensure the process of unloading of truck and receiving of product is efficient. Eliminate breakage and ensure all product is received correctly into the system then placed in the correct location in the warehouse. Ensures the company remains compliant with local and federal laws and OSHA requirements.
Handles work related injuries. Ensure that policies are compliant with OSHA standards.
Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements and enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions.
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by maintaining and monitoring security procedures and protocols
Directly supervises associates.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, CBA, and applicable laws.
Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, communicating job expectations, planning monitoring, appraising job contributions, recommending compensation actions, adhering to policies and procedures.
Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience

Overview
The Pricing & Database Analyst will be assisting both Pricing and Finance business areas. The role will be responsible for the administration of all pricing submissions with each provincial liquor board, while ensuring all internal database and ERP systems are updated accordingly. Job Responsibilities:
Market Work-withs and Education
Assist in the development of chain customer market management team to continue to drive relationships, develop insights on customer processes, as well as facilitate solutions for store and market issues that might arise.
Participate in Market Work Withs with regular cadence to assist in coaching and training sales execution, while also surveying the stores for possible chain wide challenges, insights in new sales and marketing developments, and looking for opportunities for additional sales.
Attend regular supplier meetings to stay current on focus programs and items, share input on program execution trackers, engage in identifying opportunities based on market insights, and build and communicate any necessary initiatives.
Sales Development Communication & Creation
Development of sales materials and trackers for programs (including ads, charted programs, distribution opportunities, display programs, and targeted brands)
Coordinating and communicating marketing programs at stores to assist in increased sales.

Managing and communicating chainwide reset schedules for all stores and commodities applicable to Breakthru Beverage suppliers and products.
Survey market level pricing to ensure chain customers are in line with the broader market and not at a significant price advantage or disadvantage.
Orders, Returns and Pricing
Manage credit requests, customer returns, allocated item processing and billing, new location setups, vintage checks, and out-of-stock replacements.
Collect and process customer orders via SAP and/or EDI.
As required by customers, schedule and monitor deliveries and/or returns.
Submit approved supplier pricing in line with customer lead times and approved frameworks and/or portals.
Partner with Business Managers and other Sales Management to ensure alignment on market level pricing and programming through weekly/monthly dialogue with sales divisions.
Identify brands and/or SKU's that may require allocation in order to allow for appropriate setup lead time for customers.
Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product & conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and/or equivalent training and work experience
Minimum 2 years overall work experience within beverage alcohol and/or CPG industry
