Market Operations The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the operations at a warehouse to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule. Their duties include preparing schedules for Warehouse Associates, training new employees on how to use machinery and monitoring compliance with safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the warehouse, ensuring its efficient operation and troubleshooting problems as necessary.
Oversee all receiving and put away of all in-bound product as the Day Manager.
Oversee all returns, picking and loading tasks, ensuring proper put away, loading sequences and required efficiency levels are maintained as the Night Manager.
Set up and monitor all replenishment tasks daily.
Responsible for reporting and investigating damage to equipment, product, and facilities occurring throughout the warehouse.
Coordinate the repair and service of equipment as necessary.
Ensure the timely completion of all required operational and administrative tasks, including, but not limited to, attendance tracking, timekeeping, replenishment, waving, printing of labels, etc.
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, as well as OSHA standards.
Responsible for managing all warehouse employees.
Effectively manage the performance of subordinates by providing coaching, completing performance evaluations, and delivering performance counseling if necessary.
Lead the Warehouse Team by example and clearly communicate roles and responsibilities, expectations, and deliverables. Foster a positive culture and unified workforce.
Ensure that all warehouse personnel utilize the Warehouse Management System while performing their daily tasks.
Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product. Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
Minimum of 5 years' of experience in related area and some experience in a supervisory role
Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
Analytic and Reporting skills
Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
Occasionally available to work weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
Complete working knowledge of Warehouse Management System
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to remain in a stationary position at times; communicate, and operate a computer and telephone

Overview

This position will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations and its team members, including training, accountability, food safety and sanitation, internal guest service, receiving activities, delivery fulfillment and quality controls. · Supervise the daily operations of the Warehouse team and any other assigned departments

· Ensure compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe and productive environment for colleagues and guests.

Departmental Duties:
· Conduct opening and closing procedures of all assigned areas.
· Practice, teach and enforce proper food safety guidelines adhering to company policy and local Health Department requirements.
· Maintain all alcohol safety practices when applicable.
· Oversee quality controls of food items and ensure perishables are being rotated properly.
· Ensure that cleanliness of all interiors and exterior warehouse areas is maintained.
· Manage inventory, focusing accurate and timely receiving, order fulfilment, physical and cycle counts and waste controls.
· Interface with other stakeholders on product and supply needs.
· Interface with maintenance on all equipment or physical plant needs.
· Inspect all products that are delivered to ensure they are undamaged.
· Ensure that all invoices from deliveries are properly received and communicated to the proper colleagues for payment.
· Ensure that the Warehouse team is following safety guidelines set by the organization as well as OSHA, Department of Health, State, and Local guidelines.

Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
· 2+ years of previous warehouse experience and/or supervisor experience preferred.
Language: Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

The JOB:
As the Supervisor of our Receiving Team, your energetic and professional personality will be an important part of the resort's success. We are looking for a new team member to lead the unique challenges of receiving/distributing/transporting the many items that must get on and off the Island to ensure we have everything needed to make our guest's experience a memorable one. This position is fast paced, outside in our tropical climate and on the water.

As a Cage Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible to supervise approximately 10 -15 Cashiers and Bankers. You will have a key role in the tracking process by maintaining security and accountability of all money and inventory transactions.
Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Cage Inventory Supervisor:
* Maintain security and accountability of all money and inventory transactions within Cage Inventory during their shift.
* Carry out supervisory responsibilities to include interview and hiring process; training team members; scheduling and motivating team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
* Verifying daily paperwork to find, record, and resolve variances.
* Address any guest inquiries or complaints and follow up with proper documentation.
* Count and verify all funds into assigned bank.
* Verify the transfer of funds to and from cage area.
* Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
* Provide instruction and assist Cage Inventory team members when needed.
