Jennifer L. Sherman is President and Chief Executive Officer of Federal Signal Corporation. Ms. Sherman has operational responsibility for Federal Signal's domestic and international businesses. Ms. Sherman has worked with the board and executive leadership team to strengthen the Company's strategic focus and growth, promote margin improvements, and achieve record financial results. Ms. Sherman negotiated a pivotal sale of underperforming assets and lowered Company debt levels. Ms. Sherman also maintains operational leadership of the legal, human resources, and government affairs activities for the corporation and its global subsidiaries. Ms. Sherman serves on the Board of Directors of Franklin Electric. Additionally, she serves as the Vice Chairman of The Community House, a non-profit organization that provides social services for the greater Chicago area and is a member of the Executive Board of the Center for Disability and Elder Law (CDEL), a Chicago-based non-profit organization dedicated to helping disadvantaged citizens obtain legal assistance. Mr. Bakker was named President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Hubbell in June of 2019, after serving as President of the Power Systems group since 2014. During his tenure as COO, Mr. Bakker introduced a new operating rhythm to the enterprise while executing on Hubbell’s strategic initiatives and partnering closely with Mr. Nord to guide Hubbell through the COVID-19 pandemic. As President of Power Systems, Mr. Bakker oversaw a multi-year period of strong performance, building an industry-leading electrical T&D components business and leading many key acquisitions, including Aclara, in 2018. Mr. Bakker began his career with Hubbell Incorporated in 1988 as a manufacturing engineer with Hubbell Wiring Systems and has held positions of increasing leadership around the world in both Hubbell’s utility and electrical segments.

Eric became chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of IDEX Corporation in December 2020 after becoming president in February 2020. He was previously chief operating officer beginning in 2015. He has been integral to the company’s success, including his role in developing the company’s distinct culture, business model and strategy. He joined IDEX in 2008 as the president of Gast Manufacturing, an operating unit that produces high-quality, niche pneumatics. In 2010, he added responsibilities for Global Dispensing, the leading provider of automated color tinting solutions within the architectural coatings market. He received his first group executive role in 2012, with a collection of six companies from within two IDEX reporting segments. Many of IDEX’s current senior operating leaders were identified as emerging leaders within his group. Prior to joining IDEX, he served as the president of Schutt Sports, the market leader for protective equipment in American football. The company introduced breakthrough helmet technology during his tenure, capturing share at all levels of competition. Prior to Schutt, Eric led teams within operations and general management at three business units of Danaher Corporation. It was here, in tough turnaround situations, that he developed the ability to focus teams around the critical few business levers to drive quick momentum and progress. Prior to Danaher, he worked within scalable operations roles at AlliedSignal/Honeywell. He began his career within manufacturing at Lincoln Brass Works. Eric received a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He has a passion for history and literature, and he is a lifelong, practicing musician who spends much of his free time playing and recording. Eric and his wife live in the Chicago area, where they enjoy travel, the arts, and a seemingly endless loop of home maintenance and rehabilitation of their 1920’s-era home. They have four grown children. Eric is also a director of Modine Manufacturing Co.

Mark is a co-founder of Steel Dynamics, Inc. (SDI) and recipient of the 2014 AIST Steelmaker of the Year Award. He has held a variety of senior management positions and served on the board of directors since SDI’s inception in 1993. In August 2008, Mark was named Executive Vice President for Metals Recycling and Ferrous Resources, as well as President and Chief Operating Officer of OmniSource Corporation. From 1998 to 2008, Mark was responsible for SDI’s Flat Roll mill operations. Under Mark’s leadership, the facility experienced significant growth, expansion, and portfolio diversification. As a result, SDI operates one of the most productive and profitable flat roll mini mill operations in the United States. Mark assumed the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Steel Dynamics on January 1, 2012. Prior to the formation of Steel Dynamics, Mark worked for Nucor Corporation for 12 years and earned his bachelor’s degree in metallurgy from the University of Surrey, England.
