Brenau's Athletic Department is seeking a Bus Driver
Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess a clean driving record, have a valid CDL with permit to carry 16 or more passengers. Applicant must agree to undergo a background check and MVR. Must have flexible schedule and be available weekdays including some evenings. Previous experience transporting passengers a plus.
Responsibilities:
Transporting students and university personnel to and from competitions and events.
Be able to perform minimum visual checks on buses.
Be responsive to potential emergencies while traveling on the road.
Must be friendly and courteous to passengers.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No supervisory responsibilities required.
Work Hours:
As-needed/Up to 19 hours per week/nights/weekends as needed
Environmental and Working Conditions/ Physical Demands and Aptitudes:
Bus drivers spend most of their workday behind the wheel, primarily within the confines of the bus itself, but also navigating outdoor environments for loading and assisting passengers. Drivers are exposed to fumes, dust, odors, oil/grease, and seasonal weather changes, including heat, cold, and adverse weather conditions. Noise and vibration: The bus environment can be noisy, and drivers are subjected to constant vibrations throughout the day, particularly on certain road types. Time constraints and schedules: Bus drivers face constant pressure to adhere to strict schedules and deadlines, which can contribute to stress and fatigue. Bus drivers experience prolonged sitting, repetitive motions like operating pedals, steering, and opening/closing doors. Good vision and hearing are essential for safely operating a bus. Bus drivers must be in good physical and mental health to ensure safe operations.

Job Summary
Postdoctoral Researchers support teams of KSU faculty and students (undergraduate and graduate students), which engage with external collaborators from other universities, community members, government agencies, and/or private sector entities to stimulate innovation, capacity-building, and sustainability of research and scholarly activity at KSU.
The Postdoctoral Researcher will contribute to advancing research at the intersection of infrastructure resilience, data analytics, and intelligent systems. The position focuses on improving the safety, functionality, and sustainability of civil infrastructure under both normal and extreme conditions. Research activities may include topics such as infrastructure monitoring, resilience assessment, disaster response, and recovery planning, aiming to enhance community preparedness and adaptive capacity.
Responsibilities

1. Plans and executes experimental activities, data analyses, submission of reports or of manuscripts to peer-reviewed publications, and/or attendance and presentation of research findings at appropriate venues of dissemination
