    Summary of Basic Function: The Treasury Management Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of the bank client's accounts. This includes but is not limited to, remote deposit, online banking, merchant processing, marketing, and complete customer support. This position will work directly with the sales team and operational departments. The overall goal of this position is to expand on relationships with our current customers and continue to gain new deposit relationships for the bank while having a large focus on handling the business services the bank provides. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Will maintain all aspects of the treasury management function for the bank, which would include but not limited to documentation, implementation, training and at times when needed presentation of the services needed by the client. Will need to handle documentation on new accounts as needed which will include but not limited opening deposit accounts, coordinating with other departments within the bank for setting up other services offered to the client. Will need to assist the Treasury Bankers with any service calls that come from the clients that the Treasury Management Bankers aren't able to handle during the course of a business day. Work with clients, Treasury Management Bankers, and other departments to ensure any client related concerns or issues are solved and manages efficiently and effectively while providing high level customer service. Will have a general understanding of day-to-day job functions, such as current book of business, current projects, and auditing of electronic services. Utilizing core and ancillary systems to ensure all documents are accounted for and centralized in one location. Will provide operational input and maintain procedures for all functions under Treasury Management services. Travel to branches and/or client sites is required to fulfill duties and responsibilities. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Five plus years of demonstrated experience in a bank or financial institution. Demonstrated superior customer service, sales, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management/prioritization skills. Excellent computer skills. Requires a current and active driver's license and clean driving record. Physical Requirements: prolonged standing (5-8 hours per day), frequent use of hands to manipulate/grasp objects, ability to communicate face to face and on the phone with clients, occasional bending and lifting from floor height, frequent forward reach, frequent lifting of 1-10lbs, occasional lifting of up to 50lbs, ability to see and read fine print, must be able to distinguish and count currency. Job may require working evenings and Saturdays, travel to the Branches and Businesses.
