The Housekeeper's primary responsibilities will include: Cleans resident rooms and other assigned areas. Performs daily tasks in accordance with infection control and universal precaution policies and procedures. Assures that floors are free of hazardous debris. Performa tasks such as washing over-the-bed lights, pictures and objects on walls, wall washing, baseboards, etc. as assigned. Washes, dries, sorts, folds, and delivers residents personal laundry. Performs daily tasks in accordance with infection control and universal precaution policies and procedures. Maintains work area in clean and orderly manner. Other duties as assigned. What do I need for this role? Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Assures residents individual care plans are being followed by nursing assistants, LPN's reviewing the assignment sheets.
