CSI Sands (N.E.) operates state of the art sand processing facilities that enable manufacturing and refinement of proppant and construction aggregates in Brevort, MI, Buffalo, NY, Cleveland, OH, and Thunder Bay, Ontario. We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Control Supervisor to lead and manage quality assurance processes at our silica sand operation in Brevort, Michigan. This role is critical in ensuring that our products consistently meet customer specifications and industry standards, through effective oversight of blending, sampling, analysis, and reporting functions. The position also plays a key role in maintaining quality management systems and providing technical guidance to operations to optimize product output. Key Responsibilities: Daily Quality Oversight Supervise and coordinate the daily blending, sampling, laboratory analysis, and reporting of production and quality results. Ensure timely communication of quality performance metrics to operations and management teams. Quality Management Systems Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of site-wide quality management systems. Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external quality standards, including environmental and customer-specific requirements.
