Daniel P. Myers has been a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bridge Capital Holdings since its inception in 2004 and has held the same positions with Bridge Bank, NA since its inception in 2001. Dan has worked in commercial banking for twenty-eight years, all with independent business banks in the Bay Area/Silicon Valley region. He is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School through the University of Washington, and holds a Liberal Arts degree from DePauw University in Indiana.

Allen G. Williams has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Bridge Bank, NA since 2009. Al has over 30 years of commercial business banking experience. He holds a BS in business administration and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from the University of Michigan.

Prior to Bridge Bank I was svp and senior credit officer for City National Bank's technology/innovation portfolio. Before City I headed the Corporate Finance Advisory team at Silicon Valley Bank where we advised clients and executed strategies in acquisition finance, share repurchases, recapitalizations, activist defense and alternative capital options. My background includes experience in venture equity and debt financing, investment banking and technology lending. Before joining Silicon Valley Bank in October, 2011, I was a senior vice president and managing director of MMV Financial where I led its investment activities in Silicon Valley and the West. Previously, I spent nearly eight years as a General Partner at Pinnacle Ventures, a private venture capital fund focused on providing debt and equity financing to early-stage companies across the information technology, cleantech and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining Pinnacle, I was a Managing Director in Credit Suisse First Boston’s (CSFB) Technology Group, leading the Technology Debt Finance unit. In addition, I founded and led CSFB Technology Group’s Electronics practice which focused on corporate finance and M&A for companies in the electronics supply chain. Prior to the move to CSFB, I ran the Debt Finance practice for the DMG (Deutsche Bank) Technology Group. Before joining DMG, I was a Senior Managing Director and ran the Mid-Cap Technology Group for Bank of America. Sasha Kipkalov are an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at BRIDGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS and are based in San Jose, California. They have worked as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development at NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE HOLDINGS INC.; Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis at Risk-Adjusted Return on Capital; and Manager at Financial Advisory Services. Sasha studied at Bishkek International School of Business (Affiliate of Toronto University) and Kyrgyz State University.

Thomas A. Sa has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bridge Capital Holdings since its inception in 2004 and held the same position for Bridge Bank, NA since its inception in 2001 until 2009. In 2009, Tom was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of the Bank, and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of the Holding Company. He has been a Director of Bridge Capital Holdings and the Bank since September 2012. Tom is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in California, and holds an undergraduate degree from Humboldt State University. He has worked in the banking industry for over 20 years.

Timothy W. Boothe has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Bridge Bank, NA since 2006 and was the Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of the Bank since its inception in 2001 until 2006. Tim began his banking career in early 1990. He is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School through the University of Washington, and a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
