Transfers calls to resident relations, assistant manager or community manager when appropriate. Responsible for retrieving and putting away golf carts daily. Keep up to date with accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the community, particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information, apartment availability, floor plans and dimensions. Stay aware of the local market conditions and trends. Contribute ideas to the community manager for marketing the community and improving resident satisfaction.
