We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our revenue management team. In this Revenue Management Advisor role, you will collaborate closely with the revenue management director to formulate pricing strategies for apartment communities. Your primary objective will be to maximize revenue by devising optimal rates and strategies, while actively engaging with Regional Managers and Property Managers to implement the recommended rate strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our goal of maximizing revenue growth and making a significant impact within the organization.
What you should bring
1-3 years of experience in property management (multi-family, commercial, residential, senior living), or related customer-facing roles (leasing consultant or assistant/property manager).
Exposure to revenue management concepts, with the ability to interpret reports, analyze market performance, and support pricing or profitability strategies.
Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing data, charts, or reports to inform decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Hospitality Management, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a background in property management or leasing preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present insights clearly to team members and stakeholders.
Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategy implementation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with property management systems is a plus.

Compensation Detail: The anticipated wage scale for this role is $80,000 per year. The hired applicant will also be eligible for an annual performance based discretionary bonus. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

Job Description
The Maintenance Technician position is available at the Miramonte apartment community located in Scottsdale. This position is responsible for completing tasks so the property meets all safety and appearance standards. In addition, this position ensures that all apartments, buildings, equipment and amenities are maintained in good working order. The Maintenance Technician position also prepares vacant apartments for new residents and responds to resident service requests in a timely manner while demonstrating a high level of customer service at all times. The position is full-time with standard hours of 8-5, Monday through Friday. In addition, the candidate must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays for on-call emergency maintenance requests. SUMMARY
Oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Assists and completes work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as routine upkeep on the community by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements. 2. Oversees and completes the "make-ready" process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new moveins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a "punch" list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.
* Develops standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community's grounds, amenities, building exteriors, market ready unit interiors, breezeways, curbs, signage, leasing office, central garbage areas, parking lots, and other buildings and common areas to ensure that they reflect and represent the high quality of the community and Greystar standards.
* Periodically inspects work performed by other service team members to assess effectiveness of policies and procedures and develop corrective action plans as needed.
* Periodically inspects work performed by contractors, vendors and other service providers to verify the work, materials and services meet quality standards, scope and specifications as required.
* Maintains adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials and works with Community Manager to order supplies and tools as needed to stay within budgetary guidelines.
* Completes monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual.
* Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible, not being wasteful with materials and supplies, and practicing the correct use for tools and equipment.
* Conducts regularly scheduled Greystar safety meetings, ensure all MSDS sheets are current and readily accessible, and keeps up to date on all OSHA and other safety related laws and requirements to ensure community compliance.

JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours and showing apartments, continuing the relationship with prospects, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.

4. Designs and executes marketing activities and events to create and drive traffic to the property, including implementing resident referral and employer outreach programs, using internet marketing tools and following other property-specific marketing plans, drives, and special programs.
5. Uses the on-site property management software application to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, capture critical demographic and other information about existing and future residents, and review and analyze data.
6. Ensures that the property and show units meet the Company's standards for show quality by daily inspecting the tour path and show ready units, communicating maintenance and upkeep needs to the property's maintenance team members, merchandising and ensuring a physically appealing show unit and/or model and amenities, and preparing the leasing office for daily leasing activities.
7. Follows-up with prospects and new residents within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction by sending e-mail, thank-you notes, and cards or making telephone calls or other contacts to finalize decisions to lease and/or renew. Documents all follow up and classes leads during the lifecycle of the sales process.
8. Executes and performs activities in support of the property's lease renewal program by preparing lease renewal letters and packages for residents, meeting with and contacting renewing residents in advance of move-out dates, and ensuring that lease renewal documents are signed and implemented on time, following the AA renewal playbook.
9. Responds quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions, and takes prompt action to solve problems and/or document and convey resident or other requests to the appropriate individual(s).
10. Demonstrates customer services skills by treating residents, prospects, guests, and others with respect, answering questions, and responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services. Interacts with all residents and acknowledges them by name.
11. SUMMARY
This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Assists and completes work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as routine upkeep on the community by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
* Oversees and completes the "make-ready" process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a "punch" list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.
* Develops standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community's grounds, amenities, building exteriors, market ready unit interiors, breezeways, curbs, signage, leasing office, central garbage areas, parking lots, and other buildings and common areas to ensure that they reflect and represent the high quality of the community and Greystar standards.
* Periodically inspects work performed by other service team members to assess effectiveness of policies and procedures and develop corrective action plans as needed.
* Periodically inspects work performed by contractors, vendors and other service providers to verify the work, materials and services meet quality standards, scope and specifications as required.
* Maintains adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials and works with Community Manager to order supplies and tools as needed to stay within budgetary guidelines.

SUMMARY
This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Assists and completes work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as routine upkeep on the community by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
* Oversees and completes the "make-ready" process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a "punch" list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.
* Develops standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community's grounds, amenities, building exteriors, market ready unit interiors, breezeways, curbs, signage, leasing office, central garbage areas, parking lots, and other buildings and common areas to ensure that they reflect and represent the high quality of the community and Greystar standards.
* Periodically inspects work performed by other service team members to assess effectiveness of policies and procedures and develop corrective action plans as needed.
* Periodically inspects work performed by contractors, vendors and other service providers to verify the work, materials and services meet quality standards, scope and specifications as required.
* Maintains adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials and works with Community Manager to order supplies and tools as needed to stay within budgetary guidelines.
* Completes monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual.
* Assists Community Manager in developing the budget for regular repair and maintenance and capital projects.

BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
* Experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade.
* Incumbents must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by State law and must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, mechanical equipment and measuring devices.
* Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define and correct problems.

SUMMARY
This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Responsibilities:
* Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
* Completes the "make-ready" process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a "punch" list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.
* Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property's maintenance department by tracking inventory used, returning unused items to the established location, and notifying the maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.
* Completes documentation and other paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked.
* Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
* Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible, not being wasteful with materials and supplies, and practicing the correct use for tools and equipment.
* Complies with Greystar's safety and risk-management policies by attending and participating in the property's routine safety meetings, completing required training on OSHA and other safety related laws and requirements, and by reporting accidents and incidents promptly and accurately.
* May periodically inspect work performed by contractors, vendors and other service providers to verify the work, materials and services meet quality standards, scope and specifications as required.
