Here at BridgePoint, the HR Director participates in planning, organizing and direction over all aspects of the Human Resources function of the Hospital and Nursing Center in conjunction with the VP, Human Resources. The Quality Improvement Coordinator works with the Director of Quality to plan, organize, direct and lead staff, and process quality improvement programs. The Quality Improvement Coordinator requires understanding and can use techniques of system design, reengineering, project management, quality improvement, outcome measurement and analysis.
