The Role:
The Lead Shipping and Receiving Agent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient movement of materials, supplies, and products. This position provides leadership to the shipping/receiving team, maintains inventory accuracy, ensures compliance with company procedures, and supports department goals through strong communication and organization.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and actively participate in daily shipping and receiving operations, including unloading, inspecting, verifying, and storing incoming shipments.
Ensure all outgoing shipments are accurately packaged, labeled, documented, and dispatched on schedule.
Lead, train, and support shipping and receiving team members; provide guidance, coaching, and daily task assignments.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics.
Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage completing priorities.
Proficient with inventory management systems and basic computer applications (such as Excel, Shipping Software).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

* Under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge,completes pharmacy inventory activities including but not limited to pharmacy recalls following Pharmacy Hazardous Waste Policy, vendor returns, non-controlled, and damaged salvage returns. Job Description
Primary Objective: To provide quality, efficient, and safe custom application of crop nutrients and protection products. Also, provide safe and efficient transportation of commodities and farm supply products for the benefit of IAS and its member owners.
Major Accountabilities:
