Position Overview: As a Night Shift Resident Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents during nighttime hours. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents' health, and provide emotional support to create a welcoming atmosphere. Shifts are 11pm-7am, with the occasional 7pm-7am. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, ambulation, and more. Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Document care provided in accordance with facility policies. Qualifications: Previous experience in a care aide or similar role preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
