Pros of working at Bridgers & Paxton

The work environment can be laid back, no discipline for committing timesheet fraud and you can work/own a company in the same industry and still work there as long as your a PE and management likes you.

Cons of working at Bridgers & Paxton

Management takes bare minimum action against sexual and racial complaints unlesss you get HR involved. The company doesn't offer any training to improve your performance. There is no overtime policy and is mandatory that you work overtime. If you work 40 hours you must get approval from your boss to leave even after working 40 hours. Their sick time and pto are rolled into one package. Meaning if you want to take off for sick time you must use your PTO. The company does not offer standing desks for their employees.
