In addition, Bridges is currently looking for compassionate individuals in Cleveland, Mentor, Parma, Berea, Medina, and Akron. Must be able to work every other weekend and holiday.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in an individual, group home or adult day program setting.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient observations and any changes in condition.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for individuals.
- Utilize first aid skills as needed and ensure the well-being of individuals.

Position Summary:
