Identify customer needs and wants, and aid in making recommendations for the best platforms to meet those criteria. Build and validate customer deliverables, including configurations, quotes, proposals, and statements of work. Contribute to online and in-person meetings, technical demonstrations, and conferences, and represent the company with a high degree of professionalism. Cambridge initiatives: Gain product and technology knowledge and certifications for the wide array of vendors we do business with. Manage positive relationships with strategic vendors. Serve as a subject matter expert on select vendors and technologies, and share knowledge with the team through internal presentations and documentation.
