2001

2003 Bridge Industries founded by Jeff Berlin

2004

2004 Acquired Multi Products Bridge begins 12-year ownership period and invests in products, systems, sales and distribution

2005

2005 Invested in Cimarron Energy and quickly merged with Central Tank; 50 total employees.

2007

2007 Cimarron recapitalized with Linx Partners after revenues grow 6x

2013

2013 Acquired TransTech Energy and quickly merged with Central Tank; 50 total employees.

2014

2014 Acquired Tubular Structures International (TSI) to add large vessel manufacturing capabilities

Also in 2014, American Bridge completed the world’s largest observation wheel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

2015

A new bridge was necessary, and in November 2015, construction began on the new arch bridge.

2016

2016 Multi Products sold to a strategic acquirer

However, maritime traffic has changed since the construction of the new Panama Canal, completed in 2016 by a consortium of European builders led by the Webuild Group.

According to an American Society of Civil Engineers report, every day in 2016, 188 million vehicles crossed the United States’s 56,000 bridges then classified as structurally deficient.

2017

The new bridge was opened to rail traffic on December 11, 2017, and the old structure was removed by American Bridge following the opening.

In 2017, the ASCE estimated that it would take $123 billion in investments to adequately restructure America’s bridges.

2018

2018 During the critical first 5 years of ownership of TransTech, Bridge implemented a strategic plan including increased production capacity, systems investment, team recruitment and development, resulting in 3x revenue

2020

In October 2020, American Bridge Company was acquired by Texas-based Southland Holdings, LLC. Other entities owned by Southland include Oscar Renda Contracting, Johnson Bros.

2021

2021 Bridge acquired Maddox Industrial Group an industrial service and maintenance business for air separation, water/wastewater, chemicals, ethanol, food & beverage, and other industrial companies
