Job Category Supply Chain & Procurement Position Summary As a Commodity Manager supporting Bridgestone Retail Operations, this individual will lead all aspects of Strategic Sourcing and optimizing total value and quality for the assigned spend. In conjunction with impacted stakeholders, this position is responsible to execute and deliver optimal value in meeting business requirements, managing supplier relationships and subsequent supplier performance. Scope of assignment includes data collection, market analysis and competitive assessments. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree, preferably in a supply chain management or business/finance discipline. * 5+ years of relevant or related work experience in Procurement/Sourcing or other relevant areas (finance, supply chain). * Demonstrated project management and organizational skills. * Demonstrated analytical skills. * Excellent written and oral communication skills, including being able to speak and facilitate effectively. * Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, etc. a plus. * Ability to interpret data into information and create intuitive reports. * Great organizational and follow-up skills. * Capable of working independently (Self-starter / self-motivated). * Decision-making within area of responsibility in a timely manner and drives results. Provide support in managing digital order form process for all ticket orders including scanning orders/contracts, saving them to the shared drive, and uploading them to the intranet in order to quickly access an order form when needed. Provide support in running credit card and ACH transactions for monthly payment plans. Minimum Requirements: B.A. degree from an accredited college or university required. 1-3 years of experience within Ticket Operations or related field. Ticket software experience (Ticketmaster and Archtics). Experience with box office finance responsibilities, supervision, ticket window sales, and ticket order processing. The selected candidate must be able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
